Billing & Plans
Choose a Service Plan for your Workspace, change it as your needs grow, and keep track of your invoices.
The Billing page is where you manage your Workspace's subscription: subscribe to a Service Plan, upgrade or downgrade, cancel, review your billing details, and download invoices. Every Workspace has its own Service Plan, so billing is always managed per Workspace.
How it works
A Service Plan is your Workspace's subscription tier. It determines the limits your Workspace runs under executions, Processes, Collaborators, storage, and more (see Plans & Limits for what each limit means, and the Dashboard for your current usage). Plans are billed per billing period, either monthly or yearly.
Open Billing from the sidebar. If your Workspace has no active subscription, the page invites you to Find a plan. Once you subscribe, the page shows three areas: your current plan with its management buttons, your billing details, and your invoice history.
The Billing entry appears in the sidebar only for Workspace Owners and Admins other roles cannot view or manage billing.

Actions
Subscribe to a plan
- Open Billing from the sidebar.
- Click Find a plan.
- Use the Monthly / Yearly (10% off) toggle to pick a billing interval. Each card shows the plan's price, description, and feature list; the Enterprise card has a Contact Us link instead of a price.
- Click Buy now on the plan you want.
- You are taken to a secure checkout page enter your payment details and confirm.
If the plan includes a free trial, the trial length is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. While the trial is active, the plan card on the Billing page shows Trial Active with the trial's start and end dates.
Upgrade your plan
- On the Billing page, click Change Plan.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want. Your current plan is marked with an Active ribbon and a Current plan button.
Upgrades take effect immediately the new plan is active right away, and the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period is charged right away. If you upgrade during a free trial, the trial ends immediately and billing on the new plan starts at once.
Downgrade your plan
- On the Billing page, click Change Plan.
- Click Downgrade on the plan you want.
Downgrades are a scheduled change: you keep your current plan and its limits until the end of the current billing period, and the new plan is applied automatically when the period ends. Until then, the Billing page shows a Plan downgrade scheduled badge.
Cancel a scheduled downgrade
- On the Billing page, find the Plan downgrade scheduled badge.
- Click Cancel scheduled downgrade.
The scheduled change is removed and you stay on your current plan nothing else about your subscription changes.
Cancel your subscription
- On the Billing page, click Cancel Plan.
- Confirm with Yes, Cancel in the dialog.
Your subscription keeps running until the end of the current billing period you keep access to paid features until then. The page shows a Subscription cancels at end of billing period badge; if you change your mind before the period ends, click Undo Cancellation and your plan continues as normal.
When the billing period ends after a cancellation, your Workspace moves to the Free plan and loses access to paid features and higher limits.
Update billing details
- On the Billing page, click Update billing details.
- You are redirected to a secure billing portal where you can update your payment method and billing information.
Enterprise Workspaces instead use the Edit billing details button next to the Billing Details panel, which opens a dialog with Ragione Sociale, Partita IVA, Codice Fiscale, Codice Destinatario (SDI), PEC, and address fields.
Download an invoice
- Open Billing from the sidebar.
- In the Invoices table, click the receipt icon at the end of a row.
- The invoice opens in a new tab, where you can view or download it.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, the charge is retried automatically over the following days. Workspace Owners and Admins receive an email after each failed attempt with a link back to the Billing page, and the Dashboard shows a red Payment failed banner with a link to update your payment method.
While a plan-change invoice is awaiting payment, the plan buttons are temporarily locked and read You can change or cancel your plan after invoice payment settle the open invoice to unlock them.
Best practices
- Check your usage before choosing a plan the Dashboard shows how close you are to each Service Plan limit, so you can pick the tier that fits.
- Downgrade instead of cancelling if a plan is more than you need, a downgrade keeps your workflows running on a smaller tier instead of dropping to the Free plan.
- Prefer yearly billing for stable workloads the yearly interval is discounted compared to paying month by month.
- Keep your payment method current update it from Update billing details before your card expires to avoid failed payments and warning banners.
